www.gmail.com – Gmail Sign In To Multiple Accounts At Once

Written By Sam on 15 September 2012

Gmail is undoubtedly the best webmail on the Internet. With hundreds of great features that makes your life simple, Gmail provides the best email service for free. With a simple and easy to use Gmail login interface, you get access to hundreds of great features. One of the best features that I like with Gmail is the multiple sign-in. If you are tired of signing in and out every time by visiting www.gmail.com, or opening up new browsers and then typing in http://www.gmail.com in order to check all of your accounts at the same time, you can use multiple sign-in. With Gmail multiple sign-in, you will be able to access different Google products with up to 10 accounts using tabs in the same browser. Multiple sign-in is automatically enabled for all Google Accounts and using this features removes the pain of signing in and out every time at www.gmail.com.

If you use Gmail multiple sign-in feature, the first account you use for Gmail.com sign in during that browser session will be your default account for the rest of that session. If you visit other Google products that don’t support multiple accounts after you’ve signed in to Gmail, you will automatically sign in to your default account for that product. If you sign out of any Google product while signed in to any account, you will be signed out of all your Google Accounts at once.

Gmail Sign In To Multiple Accounts At Once

  1. Sign in to Gmail using an account that has multiple sign-in enabled.
  2. Click your name or email address at the top of the page.
  3. Select Add account from the drop-down menu.
  4. On the page that opens, enter the email address and password for another account you wish to access, and click Sign in.

Once you’re signed in to more than one Gmail account in the same browser, you can easily switch accounts in the same tab. Just click your name or email address at the top and click on the email address you’d like to sign in to after Gmail.com login from your default account. Gmail multiple sign-in feature removes the hassle of typing in www.gmail.com in different browsers to check multiple accounts.

If you are signed in to multiple accounts, entering http://mail.google.com or http://www.gmail.com in your browser will automatically sign you in to your default account. If at any time you close your browser window, going to Gmail in the same browser will automatically sign you into the default account. To access another account, click on your name or email address at the top of the page, then select the account you wish to access.

Also remember that if you face any issues with multiple sign-in feature make sure that cookies are enabled and also at times you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
