Microsoft will be looking to leverage the initial hype around Windows Phone 7 handsets and set customers on the impulse-buying mode this Black Friday. ‘Buy One, Get One Free (or BOGOF) deals always grab eyeballs, and BOGOF is the way the company will go on November 26 when customers will be offered one free phone with every AT&T Windows Phone 7 handset purchased on Black Friday.
Such offers have proved hugely successful for Blackberry on Verizon, and considering reports of Microsoft loding out on potential customers of Windows Phone 7 handsets because of poor sales, this customer-friendly offer may prove to be a shot in the arm. Of course, the offer comes with strings attached.
You may check the terms and conditions at Microsoft’s website.
