Nokia’s slide 2220 model is now leaked at few sites on the web. The mobile model looks like a genuine entry-level handset. Though Nokia makes many high-end mobiles they never forget that there is also a very good market for the low-end mobiles. Nokia 2220 is a slider mobile which will be available in many colors.

Nokia’s 2220 is suitable for consumers who wants their mobile to be very stylish yet have to shell out less money. This is really a surprise for all as Nokia is coming out with new high-end devices like the N97 and the N900 and it is quite interesting to have mid range mobile model from the giant mobile company. The new 2220 slider comes in various colors, with dual band(900/1800 MHz) GSM connectivity, S40 UI and 3.5mm headphone jack. It contains very basic screen with a 128 x 160 TFT display. Nokia 2220 model carries 10 MB internal memory and it can be expansible as well(not sure). The VGA camera is also another feature in this mobile which may not be sufficient for great pictures. Nokia 2220 also features FM radio, Opera Mini and gives 8hrs talktime. The model’s entry to the market is of no idea as of today. So all we have to do is just wait!
