Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 is one of the best webcams out there in the market. It has earned the ‘Compatible with Windows 7′ and ‘Optimized for Windows 7′ logos. Being ‘Compatible with Windows Live’ means this webcam can install and run reliably on all versions of Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit). The ‘Optimized for Windows 7 logo’ is an assurance that the device meets the Windows 7 requirements and is also optimized to work seamlessly with Windows Live.

Installation is simple. Once plugged in, drivers are installed automatically. The Webcam Pro 9000 has 2-megapixel sensor with Carl Zeiss optics and autofocus. It can take HD video at a 30 frames per second. You can also click still pictures at various resolutions up to 8MP. The device’s RightLight2 Technology adjusts the image to suit the lighting. Settings can also be adjusted manually. The device also comes with built-in noise-cancelling microphone based on RightSound technology for clear conversations.

While $79.99 webcam has been in the market for a while now, its functionality is often lauded in discussion forums and blogs for its picture and sound clarity. If you are looking to invest in a webcam, maybe this one is worth a try.
