Better Hardware in iPhone HD

As always people are expecting better hardware components that would give them a faster device. People are expecting a better touch screen in iPhone HD along with a faster processor, more memory and storage space.

Multitasking in iPhone 4.0

This is one of the most anticipated feature in iPhone OS 4.0. Though Jailbreaking of iPhone provides multitasking support, people would love if Apple supports multitasking in the iPhone. I strongly feel that the upcoming version of iPhone OS 4.0 will definitely be going to support multitasking similar to other mobile OS like Android.

New User Interface in iPhone 4.0 Firmware

Probably most of the people are getting bored with the same interface from three generations of iPhone. So it would be good to see a stunning new interface in the iPhone 4.0 Firmware.

Camera Improvements in iPhone HD

It would be great to see a 5MP camera in the iPhone HD. Most of the current high end mobiles like N97, Nexus One are offering a 5MP camera and Apple iPhone HD would also be coming with a 5MP Camera or probably a much better one. There are also rumors about a front facing camera for video chatting.

New Widgetized Home Screen in iPhone 4.0 OS

Apple might come up with a new widgetized home screen in iPhone OS 4.0 similar to the Android home screen. It would also be a better idea which gives us an option to add the contacts to the home screen. One more feature that I would love is the home screen rotation for landscape mode.
