Along with the iPhone 5, Apple has also released iOS 6.0 GM for all the iOS developers with access to the iOS Dev center. The Golden Master (GM) build of iOS 6.0 is tagged with 10A403 build number and is availble as a free download from the iOS Dev Center. If you are registered to the Apple Developer program, you can download and install iOS 6.0 GM on iPhone 4S, CDMA iPhone 4, GSM iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 3 Wi-Fi, iPad 3 Wi-Fi + Cellular (AT&T), iPad 3 Wi-Fi + Cellular (Verizon), iPad 2 Wi-Fi, CDMA iPad 2, GSM iPad 2 and iPod Touch 4G.

iOS 6.0 GM is mainly intended for developers to test out their apps. So, if you are not a developer, stay away from the iOS 6.0 GM update as there is no untethered iOS 6.0 jailbreak. The iPhone Dev-Team hasn’t even released a tethered iOS 6.0 jailbreak
