Acer neoTouch P300 and P400, beTouch E110 and E400 at Mobile World Congress

Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2010 that started yesterday is the world’s largest exhibition for the mobile industry that displays amazingly trendy and sophisticated handsets at a single event. Acer exhibited many impressive mobile phones of Wince and Android platforms along with its most anticipated Liquid e.

These devices include Acer neoTouch P300, P400 that run on Windows Mobile 6.5.3, and Acer beTouch E110 and E400 that run on Android 1.5. Though the technical specifications of these handsets are not revealed fully, in this article, we tried to list the prominent features of Acer neoTouch and beTouch SmartPhones.

Acer neoTouch P300

Acer neoTouch P300, a stylish Smartphone running on Windows Mobile 6.5.3 features 3.2” WQVGA touch screen and a slide down QWERTY keyboard. Acer neoTouch P400

neoTouch P400 is another stylish phone from Acer, which will feature Acer’s all-new signatures, design home rings combining both class and style with a unique smooth chrome. Woking on Windows Mobile 6.5.3, Acer neoTouch P400 includes many interesting features to captivate all sorts of customers.

neoTouch P400 utilizes Qualcomm 7227 processor that runs at 600 MHz and includes features such as Optimized 3.2” high-definition (HVGA) touch screen, 3.2-mega pixel auto focus digital camera with auto focus and geo-tagging capabilities along with 3G+ and WiFi connectivity. P400 also features in-built Internet Explorer 6 Mobile with Flash support, access to Mail, Microsoft Exchange Server Support, Microsoft Office Mobile applications, and dedicated built-in YouTube application. The trendy neoTouch P400 will be available with two exchangeable battery covers having fingerprint-proof soft touch black and high-gloss silver wrapping around the sides, which makes neoTouch P400 look, sophisticated. Acer neoTouch P400 will be available from May 2010.

Acer beTouch E110

Acer unleashed another affordable smartphone, Acer beTouch E110 that offers great mobile Internet features to enthrall all of us. beTouch E110 has a compact design along with simple touch interface and high speed connectivity and unlike the Acer neoTouch P300 and P400, Acer beTouch E110 works on Andriod OS.

Acer beTouch E110 features an impressive 2.8” touch screen along with a 5-way navigation key allows users to access application more easily and quickly. Features of E110 include 3.0 mega pixel digital camera, a Radio FM, 1500 mAh battery, along with sophisticated mobile web browser, 3G connectivity, widgets, 5 pages home screen, pre-installed applications as Acer Spinlets free streaming service, etc. beTouch E110 also support popular social networking sites including Facebook, Twidroid and Acer UrFooz. With many more interesting features and applications included Acer beTouch E110 wll be available in two colors – Black and dark Blue. E110 might hit the market most probably from March 2010.

Acer beTouch E400

beTouch E400 is another slim device from Acer thats come in a very slim design and many interesting features embedded into it. Acer beTouch E400 is 12 mm thin with highly sensitive interface offering great mobile Internet accessibility promising a new level of interactivity.

Unlike the Acer neoTouch P300 and P400, Acer beTouch E400 runs on AndroidTM 2.1 (Éclair) and utilizes Qualcomm 7227 processor running at 600 MHz like E110. E400 features impressive 3.2” high-definition (HVGA) resistive touch screen along with 3.2-megapixel digital camera having built-in flash, geo-tagging, and digital zoom capabilities. beTouch E400 also includes smart Acer Lighting Behavior , support for IM and popular social networking sites, Cloud synchronization feature with Google and pre-installed Acer Sync. Coming in soft-touch black, ceramic white and pearl red, Acer beTouch E400 will be available in the market from April 2010.
